Very professional service from start to finish. Matthew diagnosed a problem with our G-Plan recliners and was very reassuring how this would be resolved. On his return the new parts were installed and repairs carried out such that the chairs are now better than new. Matthew was very friendly, very respectful of our home and you could tell from the word go he knows what he's doing. Very, very pleased.

He did an excellent job in repairing the electric mechanics’ on my husband’s reclining armchair. My husband has Alzheimer's therefore could not retain nor understand that his armchair wasn’t working. Matthew did an excellent job on fixing the delamination on our leather sofa and managed to get a pretty exact colour match too. Highly recommended; arrived on time, courteous and an asset to his company. Katheryn in the office seems efficient too, which is important for customer satisfaction. Good service and good impression, a good company to deal with.
