I am so angry at this service. I am renting a car and I am being charged more per month than my agreed contract. I have tried several times to contact someone about this and no one will respond to me. If I don't receive a reply I am taking further action.

I wish I had read these reviews before leasing with this company. I was given a number to call from a text with a reference number and I was told I’d be passed over to another line 4 times. I don’t why they’d give me the wrong number then send me on a wild goose chase saying that the rules have changed and I am able to change the mileage on my lease. But after those 4 calls I was told I can’t change the mileage on my lease. Awful customer service don’t use this company. I wish I had read the reviews before.

Feel like I should leave a review as they have a lot of bad ones on here. We used a broker (Select Cars) to lease a car for three years. The lease company turned out to be Leasys. After viewing their reviews it made me a little worried about the whole process. But after three years and just having returned the vehicle their customer service throughout has been supurb. Always available on the phone when needed and no nasty surprises during or after the lease period. From my pov they have been excellent and I would highly recommend them.

As with all car finance deals, there's a contract. My deposit and monthly are clearly listed, yet they charged a higher deposit and a higher monthly. I've complained numerous times, occasionally receiving a reply, but the issue was not rectified or credited. Update: I had to get the ombudsman involved after months of promises and no action. Amazing how quickly the issue was corrected with ombudsman support. Collection was hassle too. Contacted me to organise the booking just 2 days before end of lease. I booked in, and they couldn’t then honour appointment I had booked. I was free for 7 days post lease, then had a holiday booked. Tried to charge me for keeping the car. Made me prove I wasn’t insured/using the car to waive the fees. Properly poor service

Absolutely appalling service. Arrived at Venice Airport and tried to collect my car. The employee told me he needed my credit card (I don't have one and using a debit card has never been a problem). He said there was nothing I could do and that every other car rental company in the building would also not accept debit cards - this turned out to be a lie, he was just being vindictive to try to make his point. As a solo female traveller arriving at night I was really worried about what I could do but before I got the chance to ask for further help he answered a phone call and ignored me for the next 10 minutes. I managed to rebook with Europecar who used my debit card. I understand Leasys policy re debit cards but that behaviour was beyond rude.
