I signed up for a teaching assistant course. I was aware that once you activate the online learning you can’t cancel, however the terms and conditions do state that cancellations are available outside the terms and conditions on a case by case basis. I’ve been in touch with 3 different people, none who are willing to help. I have explained my situation along with evidence. With the current climate in the UK, prices going up, bills going up. Unfortunately this course is a luxury that I’m unable to afford at the moment. £61 a month is a lot. Even a reduction to £31 a month is a lot at the moment. This company has no sympathy whatsoever. My husband is in and out of hospital. I’m a pregnant mother. I have suffered from anxiety and postpartum depression and I have explained how this is causing me a lot of anxiety. This company is still not willing to see this as an extenuating circumstance to honour a cancellation as per their terms and conditions. India says no. Ryan says I can cancel with a complaints manager. And now James said I can’t do either. Absolute joke of a company with people who don’t care at all about their customers wellbeing.

I don't think people mentioned in other reviews still work there. My experience was very pleasant. All the staff was very welcoming, accomodating and professional. Do not hesitate to book a test in the venue.
