    I have worked out off and on through most of my adult life. I think I maintained a pretty decent level of fitness. I frequently do many strenuous classes as well as weights. But I was finding my energy and concentration levels were fluctuating, actually have been for years. Claire gave me some fantastic dietary plans that she thought would help.After only a couple of weeks I feel I am able to focus better for longer, which is great for productivity at work. Also a lot more energy generally. Never had taken diet too seriously as I'm not over weight and not allergic to anything. I know am completely aware of this, often ignored side of fitness. I would definitely recommend Claire if you want to reclaim your fitness and energy levels .
