Wow, what a little gem of a place. My friend and I visited Maidstone as we were staying locally. Service was outstanding, food delicious and such a beautiful setting. I had the Hummus and Avocado salad - it was beautiful. My friend had a brief and cranberry panini with chops and ir was lovely, plenty of Brie etc. I decided to take home some Muffins and Shortbread, which was well received and totally scrumptious. When we visit next time, we will sure be paying a visit. Thank you ...x

My first impression was not a great one due to being met with dirty plates on empty tables all across the restaurant. The food was of low quality, the chips weren't even warm, the rosé was undrinkable and had to be disregarded, the salt mill fell apart during use and ended with a pile of salt and plastic and spring components on the plate. All in all a fairly disappointing experience considering the potential of such a wonderful venue. The place needs to be run with professionalism, pride and love. It isn't.
