Purchased In August, still not received my goods. No reply to emails since October. Asked for refund, no reply and now says shop is closed. I've been nothing but nice and considerate to their sickness and staff issues but 7 months and ignoring customers is a joke. Update: Still no plants or replies to emails and online forms. Website still says closed but they own a coffee shop next door.

Ordered moss in January and still waiting, phone number not recognised and no reply to email or shop messages, and looking up there address on maps I see it’s now temporarily closed, nothing saying that on there shop, had to order moss from elsewhere, not happy!

Ordered 3 plants from website, all in stock with claimed dispatch within 2 days. 2 weeks later nothing. Emailed and at first got a message saying stock issues. They were all supposed to be in stock. Asked if they would send what they had available and that was the end of communication from them. Website site now claims it's not stock but staff sickness. I had to suggest by email that I thought this was a scam to get a refund. Avoid online purchases from this company. Communication is awful and they do not provide what they say. Shocking service.

DON’T ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM I placed an order almost a month ago, I have emailed several times politely asking for an updated and have tried calling multiple times but never get through. ZERO customer service! This is a last resort attempt to get their attention and at least try to get my money back 🤞🏻

As a plant killer I weep in nurseries, but these guys were amazing; they helped me buy hardy and beautiful plants for a dry house and they are all doing great. I love just standing in their shop and smelling the plants. Then before I know it I’ve spent money. Now, they have opened a coffee shop and the barista made me a damned good iced flat white yesterday. This area really needed a great coffee shop and they’ve nailed it. My advice for online shoppers? Go there. ❤️
