Great gym has everything you need . Trained here while working away. It's the best gym by far in the area. Plenty of rooms and they have plenty of pre and post workout drinks etc Well worth a visit if you are in the area

Need to watch there own staff, first day I came there taking cash and the next week they haven't taken cash for ages and I'm a lier. Great way to treat new customer's. On the other hand the gym has everything you could want. Shame about the staff.

I started here just over 1 month ago love it "pros' the machine's are top quality and have noticed better muscle gains from the equipment great variety dumbbells upto 80kg each, Now the cons parking can be a bit tough to get depending on the times u turn up so u have to park on the main road sometimes. They could do with some extra free weight plates, it can get hot up the top they do have industrial fans to help. It's worth the trip over to them but obviously with the fuel prices gone up if u come from far away like me it can get expensive tip but don't let that put u off it is the best gym I've been to since the old weights room in Dover.
