I've known Annie for a couple of years so I had no hesitation asking her to make my son's first birthday cake! She did a brilliant job with my request, especially matching the colours and style of the invite I sent her. She even delivered the cake to the party venue personally which I am grateful for as I had so much other things to think about that day! Annie made the most fantastic cake for our wedding, and I thought she was really outstanding with her service throughout. Planning a wedding is a stressful event especially during Covid, but I always felt in good hands with Annie. Due to Covid I had several date changes with my wedding but Annie was always a pleasure to communicate with throughout, and was very helpful, she even sent through all the paperwork required by my venue directly so that i didn’t have to, and travelled quite a far distance to meet us at our house and bring us some cake samples for us to taste ! (-this was back before Covid) We had four different flavours on our cake all delicious, the cake looked fab, I chose a semi naked style cake and it was exactly how I imagined it to look. I will definitely recommend Leading lady cakes to anyone wanting a beautiful cake! Thankyou once again Tabitha & Charlie

Annie baked us a fabulous cake for our wedding in August. 3 tiers: lemon, carrot & fruit. Samples were delicious and convinced us to go with her! Nothing was too much trouble and she was by far the best priced for what we wanted. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Looking forward to eating the fruit cake we saved for our anniversary next year! After finding Leading Ladies online with a google search I phoned Annie in a panic just two weeks before my nieces wedding because we had no cake! Without hesitation Annie stepped up and created THE most beautiful wedding cake I have ever seen. Despite it being so last minute we could still choose how many tiers, flavours, colours and style. Annie also sent us a photo of the cake on the day as a few of the wedding goers wouldn’t be able to see the cake due to being COVID safe and they were thrilled to see it. The cake was delivered to the venue by Annie and she literally took a massive weight of worry from us. Both the bride and groom were overjoyed and it tasted absolutely amazing! 5* service.
