As a new setllers in the UK and MK to be precise, they are quite sincere and provide alternatives that corroborate with my chance as a new setllers compare to most of the other Letting company that sees this as an opportunities to collect my deposit with no refund. "I had a great experience with Leaders. I would like to especially thank Chloe and Zain for being so patient and responsive throughout the process." This is what I initially wrote but the property has not been made ready for my move and as prompt they were before the moving in with collecting deposits and making me write a review, the quicker they were to step away when I asked them why I wasn't informed of the property not being ready. I was told the property maintenance department should help me from now on and offered a mere apology. When I asked for a later start date initially, that request was refused saying the owner wanted someone who can move in April. I am so mad and upset after our conversation today. Total lack of accountability. The property manager has taken note of my issues but she can't promise things to be taken care of at the earliest considering the long weekend.

Genuinely the worst service and group of people I’ve ever dealt with. When requesting details on a property to rent I was sent the wrong floor plan and could not view the property. When collecting keys and viewing the property it was much smaller, no apology or any compensation. The checkout process and excess fees forced to pay are ridiculous and there’s no room for negotiating. Will never deal with again.
