Nothing like an estate agent trying to retain ÂŖ150 of your deposit for a bit of dust on the light switches. As a tenant, try and avoid renting through them. Their maintenance department were very slow to respond to me ( it took 3 months for them to fix a broken ventilator in the bathroom and it was only when I told them I will get it fixed and bill the landlord that they responded). 3 and a half years renting through them, rent always on time, only had to have contact with them twice and after all of that they said that the flat will need (another) professional clean because of a bit of dust on the light switches. Horrible!
