We had a great experience with Leaders in Brighton. Jackie Duffell was very helpful. Also, when we had requests and needed confirmation related to our tenancy and SSE bills two years after our tenancy had ended Leaders still helped us to resolve everything.

Absolutely horrible. I don’t know where else to turn at this point. I was allowed to move in without being informed by anyone at all that there would be constant and extremely loud building works on half of the building outside my windows for over half of my tenancy. I work from home and have had countless meetings and work days cancelled due to the noise. Me and my partner have to shout to hear eachother. My front door also has no mortice lock. I have emailed countless times and rang in the last 6 months quite literally begging just to receive a date for when the building works will be finished and when I can expect a replacement lock for my door. I have received no response. At all. I am disgusted and fed up.
