If I could leave zero stars I would. As a general advice point Google reviews are unverified so be very suspicious of 5 star ratings. Avoid as a tenant, I can't comment much due to a potential upcoming court case, but honestly save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Fantastic service at Leaders Gunwharf Quays! I had terrible service and complete client disregard at other letting agencies, so I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with this branch! It was a nightmare securing an apartment for me and my Family in Portsmouth. As the arrival dates approached, it became a serious issue for concern- dealing with several agents who for whatever reasons just didnt have the interest or commitment to help us secure an apartment, Thats until I met Jack Reid @Leaders. It seemed like he was God-sent. The dedication and support he gave to enable me close on this apartment, and the support throughout the process was positively overwhelming. I cannot thank Jack Reid enough for the empathy. Offering services is one thing, everyone does it, but offering services in such a manner that identifies with the challenges of the customer is what distinguishes one provider from another. Recently i had maintenance issue in my apartment, the way and time taken to resolve my issue was great and awesome.
