  I needed an urgent move, I contacted all agencies in clacton, some of them were good,nice and welcoming. Some really didn’t care if I sleep on the street, Leaders were just that… “LEADERS” in every aspect, efficiency and hospitality, Louise Barnes especially was very helpful,patient and very diligent. she’s the best link between tenant and landlord i could have asked for. also Rebecca was very helpful too. I’m very grateful to them both.

  We were shown a property yesterday by Jake from Leader's in Clacton. We were very happy with the experience. He was friendly, polite and professional. After viewing the property he spent a few minutes with us to make sure any questions were answered, a hand out of the house details and contact information was shared with us. Also I have found communication with other members of the team to be very pleasant - professional and welcoming. Thank you very much.

  Leaders Clacton thinks it’s acceptable for a pregnant woman to live in a flat that is covered in mould. She been in the property for about 3 months. The landlord and Leaders have ignored requests for her to vacate the property for the safety of herself, partner and unborn child. They have ignored responsibility and the duty of care towards human life. I would avoid choosing Leaders as the way they have treated her and her unborn child is disgusting.

  Update 12 January 23- Must Say I am very disappointed with Thomas Barton Manners maketh the man. I relisted my house the last week of December with Thomas and was under the assumption he would be handling the Sale. Too my surprise I receive a call yesterday from his colleague, who informed me Thomas had moved on and she would be handling the sale which she promptly asked me to lower the price by £5k after 3 weeks on the market. As far as I am concern the contract I signed was with Thomas Barton, who would have know he was leaving and would not be around to handle the sale, disgraceful to be mislead in this manner. so it just goes to show these agents will portray themselves in any light to achieve the desired outcome. so from 5 stars down to 2. Should not mislead Customers! I have had many agents over the years try and sell my house, but Thomas Barton is the "creme de la creme". Not only is he a presentable, personable, professional, he genuinely cares about and listens to his clients. He is committed to keeping his clients safe by strictly adhering to Covid guidance, going round and sanitising anything potential buyers may have touched, even ventilating the house after viewings in order to keep us safe. Thomas even brought my wife beautiful bouquet of flowers after she had been in hospital, and I am sure that came out of his own pocket. It is this individual tailored experience that Thomas and Kelley have provided that makes what is usually a stressful process quite enjoyable. Leaders is very lucky to have Thomas, if ever I am selling another house, I am sure to use Thomas Barton again, which ever agency he is working for.
