Extremely poor communication, constantly had to chase them to get a answer and was not kept in the loop at all. Dealt with many estate agents and none as unprofessional as the people who work here, no customer care whatsoever. Unless you like constantly calling them up (for no one to ever return your call) don’t bother with them and look elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.
