Absolutely shocking company. They’re so deceitful in their advertising. For example, they had a course on Wowcher ‘was £399’ now £12 etc so judging by that price you’d think it was a good and credible course. But no, at the end of it you only get a certificate of completion. Not a ‘pass’ like you should do. For the record it was Functional English and Maths level 2 and had it been full price then you should definitely receive more than just a ‘certificate of completion’ . So going by their original price of £399, apparently that’s just for a ‘self development course’ yeah right, that’s scandalous. Not to mention that when you bring it up with customer service they’re very rude and unhelpful. Never use this company, shop around more and save yourself the time and effort. There are much better companies out there to deal with that actually have decent customer service too. They even had the cheek to try and sell me the ‘gcse equivalent course’ at the end of the conversation, hmm yeah that’s what I thought I was doing with functional skills 🤔 . But all they come back with is ‘oh you only paid £15’ yeah because it was DISCOUNTED from £399, it should still be the same course. Why would anyone pay nearly £400 for ‘self development’. Totally beyond me.
