This is what excellent healthcare looks like. From the first point of contact my experience has been exemplary. My GP, Dr Rahim, was immediately reassuring and explained the options. She referred me for an outpatient opinion the same day, and also agreed a follow-up appointment for the following week. The quality of communication was the key. Speedy yet compassionate with attention to detail. Thank you, Team.

I have been at this surgery since I was three years old. I am now 58 and I have never known it to be so bad. I can never get an appointment regardless of what I am calling for. The call waiting is terrible, up to 15 minutes on the phone. When I do get an appointment and go to the surgery there has never been more than four people in the surgery to see doctors. It doesn’t make sense. If you even call at 8am as soon as the surgery is open you are not likely to get sn appointment and they tell you to call back the next day as you can’t book in advance. This is ridiculous.
