EDIT: Revising my initial review. This is my local store and since moving here a few months ago, we have purchased easily £600 of wine from this shop. Disappointingly, two of the bottles were corked, and we were over charged for at least 1 bottle in the last dozen we purchased. This store writes paper receipts so it is easy to do. I note these are both issues that other reviewers have mentioned too. I visited at the shop to let them know and mentioned it to the staff, who was quite dismissive and unpleasant about it. He insisted that we should've brought the bottles back for them to taste so they could ascertain the fault, and not that it was not just a matter of me not liking the wine. It was overall a rather condescending interaction, and incredibly poor customer service. A real shame as they stock a great variety of wines but I'm not feeling particularly inspired to shop there any more.

I've been to the Chelsea branch and bought 4 bottles, at an average price of £20 per bottle. I tried two and both of the were mildly corked - meaning that their storage of the wine have been very poor. In addition, one of the wine was really of poor quality. The only reason for two stars instead of one is that the shop assistant was very pleasant and helpful.
