I would highly recommend this service. Organisation by Brenda was fantastic from start to finish, she knows her stuff on the logistics and communicates that clearly in advance so that every pet owner is aware of what they need to do before boarding. The pick-up in Calais as well handled by Chris in Calais, followed by a direct and easy process to the Pet check-in, pre EURO crossing, which was super straight forward. On the day, myself and the other 2 clients were collected by Chris, representing LePetExpress service. Chris was absolutely lovely (even offering out biscuits) and we had a good chat between us all on the journey. Chuffed with Brenda and Chris's service ! Thank you again for all your help !

I cannot recommend this pet transportation service enough! Brenda, went above and beyond to make sure that my nervous dog was comfortable and safe during our journey from Calais to the UK. From the moment we arrived, Brenda was attentive to my dog's needs and did everything she could to put him at ease. What I appreciated most was how Brenda helped me sort out all of the necessary documents and paperwork for the journey, despite having incorrect documentation issued from the vet originally. This made the process so much smoother and less stressful for me as a pet owner. Brenda's knowledge and expertise in this area really put my mind at ease. Overall, the service provided was exceptional. Brenda was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about the well-being of my pet.
