Pretty average for the cost. Ambience was really bad. You would not get the vibe that you are there for a massage. My hands and feet went really cold in the room. It felt like masseuse was a bit confused to manage the time and activity and at the end he just somehow finished the massage. I have been to many massages and spa therapies around the world and this was not at all up to the mark. I went there looking at the reviews but i can tell they are misleading. I wanted to actually recommend it to a friend but glad I did not. Not worth a £100 experience.

To be honest, I cannot comment on the service quality at Le Masseur, however I was at this place late last week (in the evening) to understand about the services, timings and cost. There was this particular person who opened the door and clearly seemed disinterested in explaining the details and to top it all he mentioned that it's just sports massage that they are offering - I was bit taken back and insulted by this as I wasn't clearly looking for anything else, nor did I ask if they offered "extra" services. So not sure why this was highlighted to me. Giving a 3 star (average) as their services might be great but not their interaction with everyone.
