The handle of my Le Creuset frying pan (which I love) had become very loose.... risky to use. I visited the Notting Hill store with the pan. They could not have been more helpful and charming. They replaced the handle immediately and effectively so that it is now sturdy and secure. They were very eager to help with no charge. This was an experience of great support for the customer.
