    We had an absolutely lovely experience, at Le Clos, a real gem of an establishment in Wallingford. Everything was spot on and we love the decor. We tasted three wine flights in total, the sparkling rose, the Italian and then followed up with the desert wine flight. Each glass complimented the fabulous meal perfectly. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

    Quality and quantity with outstanding service and attention to detail. We were blown away by not only the size of portions, but how fresh the ingredients tasted. We learned Le Clos will also use ingredients brought in from France for some of its pastries. If you are lucky enough to have a chat with the owner, Stephan, you'll learn how passionate and knowledgeable he is of all the food and wine served here. The man gives more than he gets, and in many ways our experience here has made us see him as an artist as much as he is a restaurant owner.
