Having found Le Chic Boutique last year, I have to say it has the best and biggest selection of Mother Of the bride/groom outfits I’ve ever seen with a lovely selection of dresses for wedding guests. Everything is beautifully coordinated in colours/tones and virtually all sizes. Definitely worth a trip from whatever part of the country you’re in. You won’t leave disappointed. Worst experience ever. If you want the worst customer experience or to be dehumanised, then you're more than welcome here. My mother went there to buy a dress and before the sales assistant even opened the door fully, she looked at her and flat out said that she couldn't afford anything in her store. Once she told her what she was willing to spend, the assistant begrudgingly opened the door and showed her what she had available. She then proceeded to make comments such as we shouldn't be there and that she doesn't accommodate people like us, even though we had the money to spend. Even if we didn't, no one deserves to be treated like that. Eventually we left as my mother didn't find what she wanted. Even if we did, we could never give our hard earned money to anybody like that

The Girls serving in the shop are lovely but BEWEAR , at the time of sale I wasn’t told that NO REFUNDS are given only exchange within 7 days. When I went back to the shop the owner was rude and very unsympathetic and would only talk to me in the stock room to tell me I could not get a refund. No point exchanging as there was nothing else that suited so now stuck with a £495 dress.

I had two appointments so I could find my dress for my sons wedding. My first appointment was with the owner. Considering her position she provided a very poor service. I wanted to try all different styles to find what suited me but it was clear she could not be bothered. I booked another appointment and asked the young lady to serve me. She found alot of dresses in my size. Was attentive, helpful and I eventually found a beautiful dress. If it was not the the young assistant I would not have bought a dress from this shop

Visited recently with my Mum. The sales associate who I assume is the manager was dismissive and unapproachable. When my Mum expressed that she wasn’t keen on a dress, and asked if she could try something else, the associate sighed and rolled her eyes. We felt that we were an inconvenience to her. When we asked the price of 1 particular dress that my Mum tried, we were told, “we don’t know the price. We cut the label off.” Very odd? Mother of the Bride dress shopping should be exciting - however, this experience was disappointing. Needless to say we did not purchase anything.
