Good Service when you are searching for a place... Once you've signed on the dotted line they do the bare minimum they can get away with. After dealing with many issues (too long to list here) of a very poorly maintained property ourselves, and leaving it not in the same but better condition than when we found it, they still tried to charge us a ridiculous amount for a "professional cleaning". The flat was left sparkling clean and the professional cleaners we hired did an outstanding job, but we didn't choose one of the "recommended" cleaners by LDG, so I guess they didn't like that and tried to find ridiculous reasons to hold all of our deposit. After dealing back and forth for over a very stressful month we finally had to raise a complaint with the tenancy deposit scheme and wait for resolution, so it took 4 MONTHS until we could finally get our deposit back. I am very suspicious of so many good reviews here; maybe we were the unlucky ones but I doubt it and we'll certainly avoid LDG in the future.

Harrison then proceeded to support our find quickly and the process lead by him was seamless. Finding and relocation an office space is stressful enough but without a doubt these guys certainly helped lighten the load.

Best experience possible, looking for an apartment when the market was absolutely insane also meant grumpy agents hanging up on you, however the LDG team, and especially Themis, took the time to talk with me, help me through the process, and I truly believe they are the main reason my offer was accepted by the landlord.
