Difficult to deal with. We mutually agreed to part company. Most of the work I was really happy with but Alex left the job without finishing what we had agreed he would do. Many things failed building control and cost me a lot of money to put right; The stair case, the soffits and ventilation, bathroom fan. He doesn't listen and has his own ideas. My carpets were not covered up despite a request and have to be replaced. He left the scaffolding for me to get the windows in but then hasn't returned or addressed the issues/damage caused by the scaffolders when they took it down.

Alex helped with our project right from the start and helped renovate our new home in north London with a loft conversion and extension too. We were kept in the loop throughout the build and any minor hiccup (which crop up in any building project) were resolved without issue. Overall, we are really pleased with the high quality build and would certainly use LCCL again in the future.

We came to LCCL for a full house redesign and renovation after hearing great reviews online and through word of mouth. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Because of the scale of the project we relied heavily on Alex and the team to provide recommendations and support throughout the decision making process and in checking the integrity for all of our decisions. The project was a real labour of love and LCCL put so much into making some really tricky small spaces work for us, and adding great storage and features to maximise the space. Our entire house is modernised and redesigned and it's hard to believe it's the same house! Thank you so much to the team, we now have an absolutely beautiful property in the perfect area!

The loft it self is really nicley build. Very happy with services received found them to be highly experienced and job has completed within time frame. Lccl construction recently has transformed our house and what a fantastic job they have done. Has completed on time and budget. They have come already recommended from a friend that has used them. Our kitchen extension and loft conversion looks and feels amazing, their design and build services was running smoothly we did not have to get involved much as they just done it all for us besides keeping us updated at all times they was professional, polite and very experienced, all the building work is all fully signed off by building control.

Brilliant from the start! Lccl construction have designed and built us a beautiful and spacious rear house extension. Their architect has designed us exactly what we wanted, gained planning approvals. On the construction part the extension was built with high quality and high attention to detail, passed all parts of building control. Lccl Construction design and build my loft conversion witch was very low headroom and many other builders didn't give any chance. Lccl Construction builded at the highest standard with enough headroom and at the standard to pass the building control. Lccl Construction start and finished the job as per contract without any problems. I will definitely recommend Lccl Construction to anyone.
