LazyLawns have just replaced our front lawn with artificial grass. It looks amazing, very realistic, excellent quality. The LazyLawn team were incredibly helpful during every step of the process. Hannah is very professional, answering all queries, providing quotations and information on the products (bringing samples to our home), and setting dates for installation. The production information is very thorough i.e., samples are sent by post, fact-sheets on products and what to expect re the fitting are sent by email beforehand, and a guarantee document and aftercare information are provided at the end of the process. The fitters work hard and make sure everything is clean and tidy afterwards. The team were very approachable and helpful throughout. Thanks again to LazyLawn for our beautiful new grass! The team turned up a few weeks later and were brilliant, extremely professional and managed to do all this in just one day. AWESOME My real grass had turned into a mud pond. I could easily have accommodated several paddling ducks after we had rain. I have 3 dogs who would go out and come in again and plaster the whole of my kitchen, living room carpets and walls with thick sticky clay mud. Arrgggghhhhh. Then i found Lazy Lawn. Quick easy quote process. Very fast installation after quote acceptance. There was no access to my garden with a digger so the installers tried with a turf cutter. No, it sank into the mud, after several tons of clay had been manhandled the mud hole was ready for membrane, hardcord and granite dust. Then came the awesome part, the new lawn. Totally awesome. The installers cleared up as they went along, no mess, and they even cleaned down the patio area from the mud on the wheelbarrow wheel We are over the moon, brilliant product (i had the pet friendly un-stainable version). Absolutely superb from start to finish High quality product and superb installers has produced outstanding results

Outstanding overall experience. The LazyLawn Lincs and Notts team recently provided us with our brand new state of the art lawn for our home. I can honestly say I have never had the same level of support, diligence and care when purchasing something as I received from the whole LazyLawn team. From day one the approach was friendly and professional and I genuinely felt that my interests were the number one priority throughout. The product itself is superb. The quality of the turf if second to none, it looks and feels amazing and is a joy to play on. The kids and even wife love it! We had a large range to choose from and it didn't take long to find the product we were looking for and draw up a fantastic deal. The installation process took no time at all, the onsite team were professional and their attention to detail was very impressive. Overall just an outstanding customer experience throughout.
