Fantastic experience for my family (which includes a young adult who is autistic). Upon arrival, the staff member appeared to recognise our autistic young adult (he had previously visited with his school). She asked him if he'd got his headphones and requested the music to be turned down inside the arena (she obviously remembered him very well, as we didn't request these things). Excellent service and our family had a great time. Thank you for making it accessible for him. We will be visiting again!

The kids had fun, but the building. / Decoration is in a poor state, holes in walls, torn sofas. The gents toilets were totally unacceptable and covered in wet tissue stuck to the ceilings and walls.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! This is an unprofessional, unsafe, filthy environment. Your children will not be supervised in the game arena, if you are late staff will by pass instructions & safety videos, and if there is an accident the manager Imran Azram will try his best to fabricate the truth. Not suitable for children. Staff are evidently untrained and it shows.
