I am looking to purchase a house and I contacted Laytoe after a Homebuyers report highlighted structural movement in the property and generally painted a very negative picture of the property. This was alarming and stressful and our mortgage provider insisted we have a Structural Survey before they could offer us a mortgage. I got in touch with them and spoke to an engineer, who was very friendly and efficient. The survey was booked in within 3 working days and we were issued a very detailed report less than 24 hours after the survey was conducted. I am so impressed with the level of customer service and also the level of detail that has gone into the survey with such a fast turnaround. It was very easy to understand and came with a number of photographs that helped to explain each detail. I am happy with the result of the survey and I hope that our mortgage provider will have no issues regarding this property now. Thank you so much.
