I have visited Laynes on a Saturday morning and having prebooked a table, we were quick to sit down. We ordered the Turkish Eggs and Sweetcorn Fritters, both of which were amazing. Coffee arrived very quickly whilst we waited for the food. At the moment the café is undergoing partial refurbishment, so the upstairs is not as spacious. We sat in front of the kitchen area and the loading/unloading of the dishwasher ruined the atmosphere a little bit. Vegetarian options: A lot of dishes can be substituted for vegan options. A lot of vegetarian options are provided.

Loved it here! Fantastic breakfast and even better coffee. First time visiting and found it a little hectic and noisy for a breakfast setting. I guess that’s likely due to the current renovation works still underway. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Leeds and looking for fantastic brunch options.
