    Went in today and would never go back again. Was directed to a customer parking space by one of the staff and after that, it all went wrong. There are 2 large signs which state that you should 'stay with your vehicle and we will come to you', they didn't. I must have stood for over 10 minutes and numerous staff walked past without a word. Not a "can I help you" or "is someone sorting you out", nothing. 2 guys having a laugh and a chat while leaning on a fork lift. I got back in my car and drove off. I got what I needed at Ryalls in Stotfold. The customer service was none existant, avoid... Would have given no stars but gave 1 for the parking attendant!!

    I have been chasing them since April 2022 and now in late July to replace an internal LPD glazed door. They never call back or respond to any email messages. On 27 July I called James who is dealing with the issue three times and still has not called me back. It is really frustrating to get any information out of them.
