Found the food was bland and looked nothing like the pictures, menus looked fabulous but the new chicken burger with sweet chilli coleslaw was just 2 deep fried burgers with sauce poured over, mixed sharing starter had what looked like Iceland scampi and chicken nuggets on and to top it off we had one miserable 11 year old who was refused access to the wacky warehouse because he was an inch too tall, so he had to watch his brother and friend play which ruined his day. Since when is there a height limit for a kids play gym, even parents were told they cant go in with there tiny kids. Bring back the days of less health and safety and more fun and rule bending to make sure customers get the best experience. Been so close to bramhope I would of thought the chefs had abit more care about the food they cook. Wont be returning as there are plenty of more family friendly places to spend over £100 for a fun day out.

Took my nephew who was just ever so slightly taller than the hight chart and he wasn't allowed to go into the play area. Took his shoes off(no shoes in the play area) and he was the correct hight and still wasn't allowed in. So took him for some food. Ordered chichen burger(was chicken strips in a bun) chips drink (which wasn't brought so had to go to the bar to get it) no knife/fork had to get that myself and warm brownie and ice cream which again had to ask a member of staff for it. Plates were not collected, all in all not a nice place..
