Dubious stock levels on the website to secure your order, automatic email system which basically says go away and stop bothering us, no-one mans the delivery status phone either. The sooner clowns like this go out of business the better.

An absolutely terrible company. Ordered a Husqvarna petrol leaf blower which wouldn't rev properly so advised and returned within 28 days and entitled to full refund or replacement without question. LMD collected and tested and advised no fault could be found so would send item back and charge me £20 for carriage. Obviously I wasn't happy with this and it had to get to argument stage/numerous phone calls before they eventually honoured the guarantee and offered me the refund I was entitled to under consumer rights,. I will never use this company again, I'll stick to Sam Turner & Sons who know what customer service is.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are very happy to take your money and send you defective products, their customer service staff are rude and the advice their service centre provide is very suspect. This company sells a lot of lawnmowers that are of terrible build quality, the majority are originally manufactured with a GGP / Stiga metal decks that are then branded to be a Mountfield, Atco, Honda etc. These lawnmower bodies rot very quickly and disintegrate. The Paintwork on the underside of the mower is such bad quality it will break off in the matter of a few months allowing the deck to begin rusting and rotting. Avoid this company unless you want to throw your money away.
