Booked afternoon tea for myself and my mother. Told them weeks in advance that my mum was gluten free but when we arrived we were told that there was only one GF cake option and there were no GF scones (had previously been told that they could cater for this). Did get my mum's afternoon tea half price, but as I was taking mum out as a gift, we would have just gone elsewhere if we had known they would not be able to cater for her. I also found the regular scones to be quite dry. Overall quite disappointed with the experience. Dietary restrictions: Poor catering for Gluten Free

Nice little tea room, decent cup of tea and nice scones. Friendly staff, no hassle, music could have done with being a little more cheerful on the afternoon we went, but that's personal taste and we may have hit the wrong bits of the CD playing! Good place to go.

Very disappointed after waiting nearly an hour for a cheese scone I ordered that didn't appear, I ordered this as I was in a hurry. Its annoying when someone after you orders a jacket potato then receives their order before you!!! I won't be coming back!!
