Rachael's treatment rooms were recommended to me by my Rehabilitation & Spinal Therapist. I was very reluctant to agree to the colonic treatment, but I am so glad that eventually I did. It has been a complete transformation for me. After suffering for years of constipation and being bloated I am now very comfortable and have regular daily bowel movements. The treatment and subsequent detox diet was a revelation. Rachael was excellent and quick to put me at ease. Her recipes were fun to try out and I'm still using them. My diet has almost completely changed and even my husband is happy to make the changes too. Again, I was reluctant to take the probiotics recommended by Rachael, but I am taking them and don't regret it. My overall well being has significantly changed and I have even lost weight without counting calories and without trying. I couldn't ask for more - except that I still have back aches lol. NEW REVIEW In an earlier review I praised Rachael’s colonic treatment for constipation but stated that I was still suffering from back aches, which were due to mild degenerative joint disease. As a result, Rachael offered me two treatments to help with the pain – physiokey and infrared sauna. Again I was reluctant, but decided to accept treatment when the deep pain worsened. I chose the physiokey treatment and I’m very glad I did. The impulses from this device were something I’ve never experienced before and though not always entirely pleasurable, they definitely worked and provided pain relief. After just three treatments I can honestly say that my back only aches now as a result of working out at the gym, which is perfectly understandable. Many thanks once again Rachael. Your customer service is excellent and if the deep pain should ever return I know exactly where to come. In the meantime I’m doing all I can to strengthen my core muscles to lower the risk of further back problems.

Firstly I’m not embarrassed to confess I’ve gone through and still am going through colonic hydrotherapy, I have been dealing with constant stomach and bowel problems for years, backwards and forwards to the GP for tests without any joy, went private to further the investigation as to what the problem is and the same result. Things gradually got worse and worse which led me to Lavender Rooms, I can honestly say Rachael is great at what she does, very professional and full of helpful knowledge. On the first day I met her with my client form stating my symptoms she knew what was happening straight away, I just wish I found her earlier! The environment itself is calm, completely private and non pressured which was great at calming my nerves with not knowing to expect, the procedure was uncomfortable to start with but within a minute of getting set up that soon went away and the results were incredible. I’ve had three treatments so far to treat my condition and in between sessions I’ve been putting new dietary measures in place with help from Rachael to heal myself in-between sessions, all in all I am on the mend and feeling better and better as the days go on. I would definitely recommend Lavender Rooms as this treatment and care I have received have changed my life for the better.

First let me just say Rachael is quite simply the most beautiful person you could wish to meet. I am not going to say how fantastic the treatment was but will allow you to decide for yourselves following my review. I took my 78 year old mother to Rachael following years go bowel problems and incontinence that the doctors just could not get on top of. Following the recommended(and you can trust Rachael,s recommendations) mother was given 3 sessions of colonic and probiotics, she now sleeps better is understanding what food effects her bowels and is able to leave the house without always wearing pads. You decide If this the treatment works I would fully recommend the Lavender rooms100%. Jerry
