Visited this store this week for the first time and I have to say this merchants is probably the best plumbing and heating supplier in the whole of London by far. The shop aesthetics are amazing and the premises smell lovely with every top brand tool available for tradesmen to purchase including knipex grips,a vast veto pro pac range and uni lite selection with many choices and plenty more! Every press fitting you need!! customer service is excellent with attention to detail very caring staff. Extremely Helpful to everyone who walks in the shop. I have never been to such a professional plumbing merchants these guys are the best! Highly recommend to everyone local do not go anywhere else this is the plumbing and heating suppliers to get your materials ! Thank you for a pleasant experience and will definitely be back, wish you all the best.

Today I visited this shop that I’ve walked past but never visited. Why would I 🤷🏼♀️ it’s a #plumbingsupplies company and I am not a plumber or builder. (Although as a marketeer, I had always admired their branding). And, after visiting three other such establishments prior to today (all large chains) that had not been much help. I decided to drop in for one more try at this place. Not holding out much hope I entered. But how wrong I was. The moment I walked through the door it felt different. The place was immaculate. It was not just functional, it felt like a place of quality. And upon enquiry I was told the amazing scent permeating the place was oud (silly me, of course it was). I was looking for one tiny grubb screw as the one on my shower handle has worn down and it’s turning without gripping the thread. The lovely man not only went and got exactly what I needed (in 2 sizes) but because I needed only one, he kindly said “don’t worry about it, there’s no charge. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Lavender Hill Plumbing Supplies you are acing it as a local Battersea business on every level. Thank you for your kindness. I will not forget it. ♥️👏🤩👍😊
