We have stayed with Lavender Hill a few times and the experience is always lovely. Kate is extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of her way to see to our questions and requests. The tree house was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay (of note, a sharp potato peeler). Our dogs had a great time in the large enclosed garden and very much enjoyed the doggie treats left for them. The children loved the swimming pool, hot tub and swing. I highly recommend the Tree house or any of Lavinder Hills cottages to anyone looking for a very comfortable and enjoyable holiday.

A wonderfully quiet and secluded farmhouse to stay in with plenty of space for familes or couples. Great hot tub and BBQ in a large garden and also access to an indoor swimming pool if wanting a swim. The house was beautifully warm and cosy with a great atmosphere and I strongly recommed it as a holiday destination.

We have just come back from a weekend in the railway cottage, and it was wonderful. The cottage itself was a lovely size and very well kept, with everything you need. Lots of special little touches like toiletries, biscuits and even a little goody basket for the dog. The hot tub was a lovely relaxing bonus. Cannot fault the location, so peaceful but not too far to drive out and see places. My husband and I have stayed at 3 of these properties now and we are never disappointed, my in-laws joined us this time and were also extremely impressed. I hope to return in the not too distant future.

We had a large family booking for 7 nights at Lavender barn, this including 2 children and 2 young babies, the house is absolutley perfect for families!! It is the most comfortable we’ve been in a holiday home and there are lots of child friendly features😊 It is beautifully clean and everybody slept well in the beds. We had unfortunate weather, it rained every day for most of the days but the kids were never bored being able to play in the games room and use the heated indoor swimming pool!:) Really helpful, friendly hosts and would recommend to anybody!

Me and my partner stayed at The Treehouse in January. The hosts were extremely accommodating and let us have an early check-in as we lived a few hours away. On arrival, there was a welcome hamper with biscuits and apple juice and a lovely welcome note for us. As for the Treehouse, what can I say! It's just outside of a quiet picturesque village, the house was beautifully decorated and very cozy. The hot tub was lovely in the evening, and waking up to the beautiful view in the morning really was a treat. It's an incredible place to stay and we highly recommend it. Perfect hosts and perfect place to stay if you're looking for a romantic getaway or a quiet family holiday.

Two very happy little boys who enjoyed the slide, the hot tub, the pool, the countryside walks not to forget the star of the show, and the actual treehouse itself - A MAZ ING. The Apple Treehouse…we have just reluctantly arrived home! Don’t even know where to start! This place is a hidden gem, we booked and arrived the same day and everything was perfect, we were just as amazed as the kids!! We couldn’t pick a fault if we tried. In one word, excellent! The cottage was outstanding, utterly comfortable, hot tub, private swimming hours, rooms to die for etc. The New Inn Community pub is a couple of hundred yards away and serves magnificent food and a first class wine list. We will return!
