I would give them zero stars if I could just based on a phone call. - Hello, can I check if you still sell a certain paint from Dulux? - What is the name of the colour? (background noise of a woman saying “can I have my money back please? I think it was a TV show) - The name is “so and so” - I don’t remember on top of my head so I need to input in the computer but the computer is downstairs. You’ll need to come in person. - oh, I am calling to check if it’s worth the journey to get to you, because if you no longer mix that paint I would need to make different arrangements. - The computer is downstairs you need to come here and the computer will tell me. - Are you ok? I can here a woman complaining in the background… No answer, then I realise it was a TV keeping him busy. Sorry I didn’t mean to interrupt you asking you to check your stock for me. I’ll make sure when I come to store I bring some popcorn for you. Thank you for being so unhelpful!
