However on checking the treatments and trying to work to with yourselves which caused a great deal of inconvenience. I had to rearrange my schedule to ensure that I was available to receive the service that id booked and was It did not match the description on your website and the treatment were not as I have promised When I contacted customer service to voice my concerns, I was met with indifference and a lack of empathy. I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously and that the representative I spoke to was not interested in resolving the issue. Overall, my experience with your company has been disappointing, and I would not recommend your treatments or services to others. I would appreciate a refund for the treatments I purchased, as it did not meet my expectations. Absolute con, high pressure sales, once your in the door they will put products on u that appear to be miracle working once you leave and find out that what u have taken home does not have the lasting effect they sell it is a massive loss of money. This company is a con and they just rebrand the shop each time they receive lots of bad reviews and start all over again same con new name.

Avoid at all costs. Dragged into the store by a lady under the impression they will give you a sample however someone else takes over and it turns into a long discussion and in the end they insult you when you do not immediately agree to buy a cream for £500 from a brand you never heard of. The customer service and sales approach is really laughable. Do not understand how they are able to promote such behaviour in an otherwise upmarket shopping location.
