I had dinner at this restaurant last night, I was accompanied by a friend of mine. I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. Usually when customers come in and wait for their food, they are given some complementary dips with some Nan bread, they didn’t do so. When the main arrived, the food was cold and literally just 1 skewer of each meat… while I was placing the order I asked if this will be sufficient for me as I was very hungry he said yes. But when I food arrived, I wasn’t satisfied with the quantity and meat felt old and very chewy. As I asked for some yogurt dip, as it was too less in my plate, I was served some but they even charged two pounds extra for just a tiny quantum of dip they gave. Other customers were served complementary tea too but we weren’t. It was cold in the restaurant and I would not come again. As when I pay Upto £20 for a main in other restaurants, I usually get a plate full with good quality food. But my expectations weren’t met! I want a refund! Very poor experience
