Do not go anywhere near this company, I paid them a deposit of £124k for a project that fell through 4 days later, no cost to themselves but they are refusing to repay the deposit. For more details contact me I am Director at SO Recycle, I do not want anyone else falling victim to this company.

Do not trust this company!! We paid a £124k deposit for a new building in 2022, unfortunately 4 days later the project fell through!!!!! We immediately called to explain our plight, and were told “sorry mate we’re in business to make money, we can’t repay your deposit because of clause 3.2 in our T&C’s” and that is the stance they still maintain! All they want is your money, there are much better companies out there doing exactly the same thing.

Lauralu were a very professional and efficient supplier to work with. They quickly understood our requirements and provided a full service from attaining planning permission to erecting the building allowing us to focus on our business all at a reasonable cost. A star removed for some initial teething issues which you would expect but they were quickly addressed without any hidden costs or delay.
