Fantastic experience with practitioner Tefeshet Yohannes. I suffered from excruciating head and neck pain for months and within 3 sessions Tefeshet got rid of the pain. This is my first experience with an osteopath and honestly I did not know what to expect/ what would work. She was so professional, kind and knowledgable, took her time to listen and understand my lifestyle habits, pain diagnosis etc before proceeding. I will be back again in January. I cannot recommend Laura Tilson Osteopathy highly enough. I went for the Mum and Baby check-up 10 weeks after having my daughter. Arabella’s sleep improved remarkably after the first appointment. We went from 3-4 wake-ups a night, to only a single wake. It was wonderful. I had a lot of back pain during and then after pregnancy. Karen worked on my whole body and provided a lot of pain relief, for which I was very grateful. Three weeks prior to a holiday abroad I managed to twist my back picking up the car seat. After two weeks of no improvement, I arranged an appointment with Karen. A single session with her allowed me to go on holiday pain-free! I have also had an appointment with Laura, and like Karen, she provided a supportive, understanding and encouraging environment. I felt like I could share any of my concerns or worries and she gave reassuring advice. I highly recommend to all Mum’s with babies. I wish I had gone to Laura Tilson Osteopathy after my first baby, and am so glad I did, after my second.

I took my daughter to see Karen when she was a few weeks old as she was suffering badly with reflux , sleeping and feeding issues. She was breech and Karen quickly diagnosed that she was unable to turn her head fully to one side and had some other issues. Karen is extremely knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process whilst also being very kind and gentle with my daughter. We saw an immediate improvement, which continued with a few more appointments. Karen is wonderful and I would highly recommend her. Thank you Karen.

Fab Osteopathy! I came a couple of months ago and saw Alexandra about some lower back pain. She was great at explaining what was wrong and I have no idea what she did but she managed to alleviate the pain I was having just in one visit. I returned home and told my housemates that she was a magician! I also saw Laura recently and she was just as good, very friendly, professional and really made me feel comfortable. Couldn't recommend this practice enough!

We love our visits with Laura, I cannot recommend her highly enough! I took my 8 week old son to see Laura as he was breech and due to his position in the womb his head wouldn’t turn to the right. She was quick to diagnose him with Torticollis. We saw results immediately not only with his neck but also with his digestion which she picked up. Laura is extremely talented and has the most beautiful kind and calm demeanour which puts both my baby and me at comfort and ease. She is highly knowledgeable and clearly explains what treatment she is giving, helping you to understand. She gives great support throughout and after treatment. I have no hesitations in recommending her for any concerns you may have, you won’t look back!
