Laura is a fantastic PT- her positivity and enthusiasm is totally infectious and she always manages to get me to achieve more than I think I can! I started training with with her a couple of months after my daughter was born. I was feeling self conscious about my body after childbirth and was worried about how to get back into shape safely. Laura is super knowledgable about post-natal recovery and I felt I was in very safe hands. She is also really great about adapting sessions if my daughter gets upset. Her sessions are thoughtfully planned and pitched perfectly - always really challenging and enjoyable! I’ve progressed so much since we started and I’m now stronger than I was before I got pregnant. And I’m back in my old jeans!

I attend Sculpt & Burn classes- these are truly the best exercise classes I have ever attended. I have seen a massive difference in my physical appearance (tummy flab much reduced), and feel physically stronger. I am a real exercise novice, and although these classes are tough, they are accessible for all abilities, and Laura is great at helping you do the exercises correctly and motivating you individually. I look forward to attending every week!

Laura is fantastic, she has this unique ability to push you well beyond what you thought you were capable of doing (taking no nonsence in the process!) whilst also being encouraging, kind and really motivating. I love attending her classes, they are tough for sure but everyone is warm, friendly and supportive of one another which is testamount to Laura and her approach. I really can't recommend her enough.

Lauras help gave me the confidence and training twice a week through 2 of my pregnancies.... right up until the week I birthed my last baby. I was confident in Laura’s knowledge that I could push my body and achieve a level of fitness and health to give me the easiest birth possible!! Yes... easy!! Yes! I did literally Bounce back and with my postpartum body, see myself excited motivated and ready to repair and continue my fitness and health journey in Laura’s fabulous hands! After birthing 7 babies... I know the difference between looking after yourself and the difference a good exercise regime gives and impacts on your ability physically and mentally. No one should manage pregnancy and birth without fitness and health being a main focus. A happy healthy pregnancy, baby and mum depend on it. Laura definitely afforded this to me in my pregnancies and in that, I will always be truly grateful. Working with Laura on my fitness has been great. She has been nothing but encouraging and supportive of all aspects of my well being not just my muscles. Laura is the full package! She knows her onions... take her class, talk and listen and you will see the benefits. Laura’s classes are always seriously hard work (literally on the floor at the end, but with limited time and keen to get the most out of my dedicated time and money... you gain ever single second of the hour you attend) but always with an element of fun, togetherness & enjoyment, so important to keep motivated. When I thought I couldn’t do something I was never allowed to give in, it was broken down to help me manage it, which always meant that without realising it, I would achieve what I believed to be impossible. No doubting just pure encouragement and belief. My best results have been my health and well-being & Self belief! The faith Laura had in me that I could achieve has given me the self-belief that I can do! Beyond the call of duty…is definitely a phrase suited to Laura! She is such a knowledgeable and personable personal trainer that I trust and value her guidance to drive me forward (there has never been a time when Laura has not made time to answer questions, encourage, offer advice and CARE!!) and I continue to follow her classes. HONESTLY; If the workload would allow it, I would train with Laura every day.
