Jordan's review below is accurate. I was forced Into signing a tenancy here against my will. They do charge £350 -400 per per week rent. This is just for a room, no TV or washing machine in, doesn't include utilities, TV licence, council tax or any other costs in that rent. And that is just for A ROOM. Not a flat. They lie and say that rent includes 'support costs' , it doesn't.the so called 'support' which is non existent, comes from different sources. How can they justify this cost? They can't. My room actually had a massive CCTV camera pointing directly in my room. I was filmed in my room. They tried to charge me £800 repairs to fix their toilet. Faulty overheating electrics. Violent tenants. They revenge evicted me when I complained, andput me on the street. They stopped the rent behind my back , didn't tell me on purpose, then used 'rent arrears' excuse to get eviction order from the court . They amassed me £8,000 in rent arrears. There were articles in the press regarding their fraud by employees. . I reported this 2 years earlier to police , council, charity commission, it was covered up. I received threats from their famous ambassador in writing . Charity begs for money claiming poverty. It's actually a multi million pound charity. They are housing people who should be in jail, and putting these with domestic violence victims. It will haunt me till I die.

This is supposed to be a homeless prevention charity? Who evict people who miss support meetings? Tenants support needs are not met as they treat everyone the same. Staff should be trained on all types of support needs for different disabilities and medical problems so they finally understand how hard it is for some to get up and go to an appointment instead of evicting them. If you need support don't be surprised if they won't help as it's always on their terms. Properties have supposed cctv but when other tenants steal parcels or Harras you they completely ignore you. Be prepared for cockroach infestation, having your privacy invaded by their so called "random room checks "sleepless nights, asbo and violent neighbours and your property being stolen. By the end of your tenancy your mental health will be the worst it's ever been. A charity who charge £400 a week rent for a room and service charge per person not per flat. No phone signal No WiFi No doorbell A HOMELESS PREVENTION CHARITY WHO MAKE YOU HOMELESS

They are all friendly people but closed my case without warning then turned me down on second application. I was referred to Launchpad by council and Salvation Army in urgent need of housing and support for complex needs. They are unable to help if you have mobility problems as no ground floor flats, but took months to reach this conclusion. Big waste of time.
