This company are an absolute joke, do not waste your money buying their "UK Kit" which is twice the price and the EU Market stuff because the support they provide is shocking, you are no better off, the company appears to be run by a bunch of halfords graduates and sales chancers not true Auto Professionals ! Go spend your money on Autel they actually know what they are doing and their support is great and Launch, I don't care about your response to this review, you are poor at what you do any you all know it.

Bought a LAUNCH CRP909 on eBay, can scan all modules, and offer 16 maintenance service reset, such as wind up EPB for me to change brake pads, and exhaust ABS bleeding. Worth the money. Think it is a good car OBD2 diagnostic tool for car owners, the eBay seller provides free tech support, the eBay seller answered all my questions. LOL

Tried to purchase 3 times but 3D sagepay prevents me from doing so. Emailed launch uk a couple of times no reply. Tempted to buy one from Amazon or eBay as payment processing is much easier. I'm very disappointed so far.

I bought a top of the range of professional level diagnostic scan tool a couple of years ago from this company. The tablet developed an issue with the touch screen, I sent it back twice and it was replaced with a later version (allegedly ). After a short while (a couple of months ) the touch screen on the replacement unit also failed. Wasted enough time and money, I won't be buying Chinese garbage anytime soon and certainly do not recommend it to anybody.
