After attempting to drive a manual car a few years ago, the time had come to start driving again (auto). I went with Sue Birkett because my family and friends recommended her and I'm so glad they did. Sue was very patient, gave a lot of praise and was very easy to get along with. Put me on a "waiting list" for well over a year,and then I never heard back from them. Time wasters. Do yourself a favour and look at the negatives reviews and poor reputation they have.....and then find somewhere else.

Mohammed Sohail. An absolute star. Such a patient , kind and considerate instructor. Considering my not-so-great previous instructor back in 2019, I wasn’t expecting to then get back into lessons and be paired with an instructor as amazing as he has been! Could not have passed without him. I went from the least confident driver in the world to passing a year later and actually being excited about getting out there on my own now! I honestly can’t imagine there being a better instructor than this man. Thanks for everything Sohail and maybe we will pass ways on the road some day🤗

My Name is Alex McKenzie and Sohail was my driving instructor and he taught me how to drive safely, when I was not confident enough. He always told me to remain calm and I soon settled down even when I was struggling with Greengate roundabout. However he is always honest with you and my driving has been better since I had him as a instructor. Sohail is always on time and has never been late he is a good laugh. I have been with Latics since my last instructor kept cancelling at the last minute and i was so lucky to get Sohail as my new driving instructor. I would recommend Latics Driving School to anyone who is willing to learn to drive. I passed my driving test on the 26/1/2023 1st time, so a massive thank you to Sohail. I even got a little something off him when I passed my test, the pink dice he proudly carried with him on the day of the test now sits proudly in my car. I would definitely recommend Sohail to anyone who is wanting to drive an automatic car.

Some say they milk money but they won't even take mine! Contacted them in July 21 and got told the wait was 4 months.. hadn't heard anything by January 22 so contacted again and got told its looking more like March. Contacted them by phone and got told it could be another 2 months and we are now entering January 23 and not heard anything.. disappointed to see the least.

Apparently your drivers think it's acceptable to leave a car unattended in a car park with the engine running. This is not only dangerous, but illegal. Driving instructors should set the absolute highest standard. I wonder if they teach their students that this type of thing is acceptable?

Running around in circles with this organisation, contacted the department regarding a complaint. It was totally overlooked at with silly excuses. I was taught straight driving for 10 months, a total money milking scheme... A request for all young starters and potential customers to check if the reviews are genuine. I found many staff members and their relatives were posting reviews..... A big example of corporate greed. Instructors treat clients like scum So degrading how they treat clients

Having Sitara as my instructor was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I recently passed my test, and I’m now doing pass plus with her. She is extremely dedicated in her work and her learners, and is genuinely so lovely, kind, and friendly. Her encouragement and patience, as well as believing in me no matter what, really helped me stay calm and become more confident in driving. I’m so grateful for having Sitara as my instructor, I really couldn’t have done it without her.
