    I had asked for a phone call appointment and was given one 2 weeks later. It was scheduled between 9:30-10:30 and i was called by the doctor at 10: 31 whilst at work. Due to being at work i had missed the call but called back at 10:40 and was then told that it was too late as i had missed my slot which i found funny as the Doctor had called called me past the slot herself. I have now been rescheduled till another 2 days which seems exaggerated when all i need is blood test results. Would seriously avoid, considering it was meant to be my first appointment with them i can say i am far from impressed.

    This is the second time i have wrote a negative review regarding Lathom road Medical Centre. I deleted the previous after an immediate call not regarding my health concerns but the review itself, it seems to gain any attention from them you have to share your bad experience online. Just come off the phone with the horrible receptionist who hung up on me after talking to me very rudly regarding my jealth concerns and medication. I highly recomend not joining this GP as the provide more problems then solutions. Im very disappointed with the staff that work there and the attitude they have towards their patients. -10

    This is best gp practices,with amazing reception staff and nice doctor. All my family, and my husband family are registered here. Always wenn we need help, girls provide the best way service. Phone waiting time is never more ,then 2 min. NHS GP job with people, is the hardest work ,with less money. But gp staff doing fantastic job.Take care for every patient. Me,my family very happy. Many thanks guys,for you patience and amazing job.
