Extremely expensive! Pricelist is hard to see and find. nothing is priced individually. We were very shocked at the price of 2 pasties and a sausage roll with 2 drinks at £18 . Quality of the food was good and tasty but not worth the very high prices.

Just been in and asked for a chicken salad. The young girl behind the counter rolled her eyes when I asked if the chicken was fresh. I was then asked if I wanted onion. The obvious question of is it white or red was again met with an eye roll! Didn’t really think they were difficult or out of place questions to be fair, stopped by particularly as I know the sandwiches are good but I won’t bother again 😁

I've been using Lathams for a number of years but won't be going again after my experience today. Obviously new staff at Hutton, not for the better either. I asked for a meat and potato pie, to be told "we ain't got any". I asked for a warm Butter Pie, to be told "we ain't got any". I said "you have butter pies in the display cabinet, can you put 2 in your microwave please, to which the girl said " I can't do that!", I asked "you can't do that?", she replied " no, i can't do that". I asked for 2 pies out of the hot plate section which I was allowed. The staff member on the til said "is that it?", I replied, "actually, no, I would like something else" I chose a tuna mayo salad baton, only to find when I got home, it had never seen a bit of salad in its life!!!! I found the two members of relatively new staff behind the counter rude, unapproachable and quite frankly ignorant. Bring back the old team members, never had an issue and they always had smiles to greet you. Very disappointed indeed.
