When I arrived the man wasn't there and left no sign. When he finally returned my call to let me know he's back he failed to let me know it's a cash only service although he knew I was on my way back. So I had to run back down to sainsburys to draw out cash; bare in mind I'm 6 months having to do this with 3 of my kids. He initially told me £32 for 2 sets of my keys to be cut, then I changed my mind to 2 because the service is unnecessarily expensive, before leaving I said so it's half he said yes. When I came back with my £20, he short changed me and told me now the price is £16.15.

I used this service many times over the years. Both locksmith and shoe repair. Excellent service! The Owner / Gentleman is always happy to help. I recently bought a new pair of shoes which were to small and he stretched them for me . As I wanted them a little more loose he went to all the trouble and stretched them for me again a second time, this time free of charge! I am a very happy customer and will always use his excellent service .

Keep away at ALL COSTS! Handed in my very expensive boots to get the zipper fixed and was charged £47 - UP FRONT to get half glued on zippers that A. Was done so bad that I had to go back a week later B. He said he also stitched them which is a total lie I asked for a refund which he refused and said he wanted to take the zipper off for that. Ended up with the tiniest refund which is so outrageous considering he’s totally destroyed my boots!
