Scandalously unprofessional and dishonest We placed a 180,000.00 order with Lasvit to deliver a lighting package in 2018 - should you be considering doing business with them, run now. Attached are images of the £60,000.00 chandelier I have been relentlessly asking to get fixed for over 2 years. It has collapsed due to a massively dodgy installation and sketchy patch job to hide the problems. Like thieves in the night they slipped in and out of my house when I would be absent whilst I was out of the country never to return again to fix it. The tension lines should hang vertically; the ones that are stressed to their maximum have ripped the crystals meshing and the whole chandelier has collapsed. To top it all off we end up having to take our designer to court and she submits evidence that Lasvit collaborated to hide the problems which is the ugliest display of unprofessionalism we’ve ever seen. In the final display of cowardice, they signed off on the defects without my knowledge or signature which is testament to their character and business dealings. I thought it is only fair to show what dodgy workmanship really looks like...
