Worst rental experience we've ever had! We arrived at the apartment and phoned to arrange access as instructed only to be told that there was a mistake and it was no longer available. The person didn't seem to know about our booking at first and then said the flat had a leak. We were unable to contact anyone to speak to and will never use this company again. So disappointed. We lost all our money and Last-minute cottages took no responsibility. Please be aware that if you book a cottage with this company, their t&cs say they are not responsible.

My husband Made a booking yesterday and tried to pay for our holiday to no avail so he rang the company on the number provided which just rang out all evening long. Then spoke to someone in the end who gave a number that didn’t even ring out! The same this morning all we want is to make our payment to book our holiday! It’s ridiculous not to be able to speak to any one. Very poor custom 😡
