We rescued ( Sapphire) now Milka from Last Chance Romania and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were really helpful and ensured we all resources and information for rescuing a Romanian dog. There is always someone to message for help/ advice if ever needed which is really reassuring as you never feel alone. Even more our little milk has settled in so nicely and loves her brothers. She is a confident chilled girl who just wants to play and be loved. We would recommend this charity to anyone who wanted to save a life and offer up their home for even more love. Thank you to everyone at the Last chance rescue. We wouldn’t have our little angle without you and we are so proud of what you do.

We rang to arrange to look at a dog. Told we couldn't reserve her which is fair enough. Travelled for 2 hours the following morning , got there at opening time. We were introduced to the dog and filled out forms and then we to be told she had been put on reserve the previous day for someone they knew already!!! A wasted 5 hour round trip. If they had told us that when I phoned the day before we would have waited until the other people had seen her before travelling there I have no issue with her being reserved despite being told they don't do that it's the fact they didn't tell us and let us go there without mentioning it. They said they would call us later that day to let us know if she was still available. They didn't. I had to call to find out. All they said was sorry...keep looking! Well we won't be looking there. Staff completely disintered in us. Hardly spoke to us unless we asked questions. I've never seen such an awful place. No customer service skills at all Awful kennels. Dogs have no outlook. A lot of very stressed out dogs Very run down., However staff have lovely office building. Poor dogs.
